Hi Eddie,
I've been caught up with my ghost radio project "Joe's Box". I haven't kept in touch with your old website, but I noticed this post on Haunted Voices. I started the spirit voice studies with evp recordings.
Before I heard about evps I had a little experience with "I Ching" using random coin tosses to form fortune telling symbols. I also read about Tarot cards read from random shuffled card decks. The info on Frank Sumption's "Frank's Box" spirit radio showed that the Frank's Box tuned broadcast radio stations with a randomly varying tuning voltage derived from a junction noise source built into the box. At this point it dawned on me that these methods were controlled by the naturally changing nature of our reality.
The focus on my version of the spirit radio was to reduce distracting noises and use clearer vocal segments to form messages. I use an FM broadcast tuner that has autoscan. But I have been recently applying the SpeakJet voice synthesizer chip with the Joe's Box audio amp and speaker. Bill Chapell has used this synth chip to read random noise with an A/D voltage to synth command codes. I am using his system to convert noise from an external shortwave receiver to artifical speech.
My proto box has external and internal noise source. The results are amazing messages with many more words, phrases than typical from the spirit radio. The internal noise source has the same output as the external signals used. No broadcast vocals are involved but spirit messages come through even better. These results seem to demonstrate the spirits communicate through the noise inherent in our environment and certainly all electronic instrument systems. I have concluded that intelligence is carried by random changes in out reality and not carried by unknown energy fields imagined by ghost theorists.
I hope you get this message,
Joe Cioppi
